LLI Advisory Group
Gerard Iacovano, CPA
Jerry is a managing director of LLI Advisory Group and heads the firm’s healthcare division. For more than 30 years, Jerry has specialized in accounting, taxation, estate and financial planning for healthcare practitioners.
Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Gerard is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has served on the New York State Society’s Personal Financial Planning committee and written articles for the CPA Journal and the New Jersey Dental Association. He frequently lectures to professional organizations, medical and dental schools, dental societies, and study clubs on topics such as year-end tax planning, estate planning, practice management, practice transitions, and start-ups.
Jerry is the Treasurer of Cranford Senior Housing.
Jerry and his wife, Margaret, have three children and reside in Cranford, New Jersey.
Domenick Lobifaro, CPA, MST
Dom is a managing tax director of LLI Advisory Group. For more than 25 years, Dom has provided tax, accounting and business consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.
He provides guidance on complex tax matters for clients in the dental and real estate industries and specializes in tax services for corporate, partnership, individual, estate and trust taxation. In addition, his experience in serving dental clients extends to guiding dental practice buyers to analyze and evaluate a business for potential acquisition, as well as providing due diligence services and entity structure consultation. Prior to co-founding LLI, Domenick was a tax manager with a national accounting firm.
As the firm’s Continuing Education Committee chair, Dom develops and conducts frequent in-house training courses for our senior and staff accountants and also for community groups. He is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the firm’s cutting-edge computer and communication technology. Dom lectures at various dental schools, dental societies and dental study clubs on topics such as year-end tax planning, estate planning, practice management, practice mergers, acquisitions and start-ups.
Domenick received his B.B.A. in accounting from Baruch College and his M.S. in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickenson University. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Domenick is a certified public accountant in both New York and New Jersey.
Dena Testa, CPA
Dena Testa started at LLI Advisory Group part time over 10 years ago and became a partner in 2023! Dena co-heads the firm’s accounting division and specializes in accounting, taxation, and financial planning for healthcare practitioners.
Dena has been a licensed CPA in New Jersey for over 28 years. Before joining LLI Advisory Group, Dena worked in both public accounting and private industry. She received a joint B.S. degree in accounting from Rutgers College and Rutgers School of Business.
Dena resides in Cranford, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
