There has been an overwhelming request for tax return documents from many of our clients who have been applying for loans, lines of credit, or mortgages, or who are refinancing existing mortgages. To enable us to better assist you and fulfill your request, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing exactly what you need. We will upload your documents to your portal account within 24 hours—in most cases, the same day. Should you need the documents more quickly than 24 hours, please indicate this in your email.
Please do not email the partners or staff directly as this will delay your request, or result in it not being processed at all.
Lastly, when LLI completes your tax return, our administrative staff provides a copy to you on your portal account. Your tax return is not stored on the portal for very long; therefore, we encourage you to save the electronic copy onto your computer immediately so that you have easier, quicker access to it in the future. If you already have your tax returns saved on your computer, we respectfully request that you do not contact our office to provide another copy.
